Closed Circuit Cooling System without Heat Exhanger

There is no need for reserve or water tanks in this type of cooling systems. The cooling water of power unit and melting furnace circulates in completely closed circuit and distilled water is used in the whole system. In order to prevent the system from freezing during cold seasons, it is necessary to add mono ethylene glycol. When the electricity is cut off, water circulation can be provided with additional dc or diesel pump, or the pumps can be operated with a generator.
